Refund Policy

All products we offer are non-refundable. Do to the nature of our products, being vitamin homekits, we have a no-refund policy, no exceptions.

Subscriptions & Subscription Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. Subscriptions must be cancelled 24 hours before the next scheduled billing. To cancel, email info@joltwellness.com with your name, last 4 digits of the credit card being billed, and the email address associated with your account. Once a subscription has billed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
