L-Carnitine is a natural substance found in nearly every cell in your body. It helps burn fat into energy by moving fat to the mitochondria (powerhouse) of the cells. L Carnitine is especially important for your heart, brain, and muscles.

Data shows L-Carnitine levels can fall by 20–40% with aging over 40, chronic stress, or chronic illness of those with metabolic disease, up to 60% can have some level of insufficiency.

Digestion is a problem for L Carnitine, because it is hard for the stomach to break down, making it less bioavailable. A L-Carnitine injections are 4 - 10 times more effective than an oran L Carnitine supplements.
